This is wood magazines sanding center project.  If you have the room to make a designated sanding station, this is the one to get.  It has drawers to file the sandpaper and sanders as well as a spot to house your shop vac.  I have seen guys who use an integrated dust collection system, simply attach a dust port and then connect it to their system, which is pretty clever.
