I was wondering is your large blank fence square to the table? I just had to return one to Rockler since it was not square and I noticed your site when I did a google search for router fences.

Most Fences are not going to be perfectly square to any table.  This is very common.  Occasionally you will get one out of the box that is right on but with the molded fence cores it is pretty tough with standard manufacturing techniques.  This generally does not matter for most woodworkers since they use the fence mostly for dust collection with the use of profile bearing bits, they really do not need the fence for any distance use.
The bright spot is the Woodpecker Super Fence.   It has a built in leveling system in it that allows you to tweak each individual surface vertically to get it square to the table.  It is the best fence out there and woodpecker has worked hard on making it the best it can be. I hope that helps.

We have noticed a pretty large migration of metal workers into woodworking over the last few years.  Most metal workers are pretty unhappy with woodworking tools since they are no where near as precise as what they are used to working with.  A lot of times, they end up returning tools that are designed well for most woodworking applications.  If you are a perfectionist and want to do extreme woodworking, you will want to consider a CNC Machine.  This is about the only machine that has extremely precise calibration.  However wood is a expanding and retracting medium unlike metal, it can be challenge to get exact.
