 Woodpecker has some excellent router table lifts, but the new versions can be a bit confusing if you do not know exactly what to look for. The new PRL series and PRL series sidewinder lifts are now divided into sizes according to what router you have with a small twist. The deciding factor is really the diameter of the router motor. Over time the PRL Lifts will be completely replaced by the sidewinder lifts. Right now they are a good alternative since you can buy the conversion kit and turn any PRL lift into a sidewinder lift. You can also find the same information on each of the product pages. If you are in the research phase, reading the article is much easier. Another encouraging news is with the woodpecker router table packages that are now out. You can find just about any combination of MDF, Phenolic, regular size, extra large, sidewinder or PRL lift combination.
